2D Gel Eletrophoresis
Two dimensional electrophoresis is a combination of isoelectric focusing electrophoresis and SOS-PAGE, namely the first isoelectric focusing electrophoresis (according to pl separation), then SOS-PAGE (according to molecular size), after electrophoresis graph coloring obtained is a two-dimensional distribution of protein map.
BN15-SX3 2D Gel Electrophoresis
